Do you want to be a part of something bigger? Do you want to do greater things? The Meal Pack is an event where we are partnering with Lifeline Christian Mission to pack 100,000 meals to be sent to hungry families in Haiti. Each meal is $.30 and we are raising $10,000 to pay for those meals.

We also want to have some fun while raising this money and M & M’s are fun right? Return the M & M tubes filled with quarters or paper money by September 15. The money received will be used to fund the Meal Pack.

If you don’t live in the area and can’t get the tubes-or if you’re not fond of M & M’s, here are some other ways you can support this mission.

• You can donate online to Reclaim3d to help us reach our goal.
• Sign up for Round-Up. Gyve’s Round-Up feature rounds up the change from every-day purchases, accumulates it and then donates it to The Village Christian Church. Every purchase made with a card attached to the Round-Up feature adjusts the purchase price to the nearest dollar and collects the difference for donation. Once it accumulates to $20, Gyve makes the donation to The Village Christian Church. The Round-Up donations will be used to help pay for the meals we will pack in November.
• Many companies match employee donations. If your employer offers this benefit, please take advantage so your donation can be multiplied and feed even more hungry people!

SIGN UP FOR THE MEAL PACK

We will be packing 100,000 meals on Saturday, November 16. There are 3 shifts you can sign up for; 9 AM, 11 AM and 1 PM. This is a great serving opportunity for families, youth teams, lifegroups and even work groups.
