It’s important for everyone to be connected. A Lifegroup can offer that connection.
I’ve heard a lot of wonderful thoughts recently describing groups and/or a desire for community. Here are a few examples:
“I want people that I can circle the wagons with.”
“I have felt for a long time that there needed to be a group for other people like me.”
“We need opportunities for more in depth study.”
“I just need friends, even one good friend is my prayer.”
What an incredible thought and need….1 good friend!
We all want to have someone who really knows us. Someone who knows our strengths and struggles, our wins and weakness. Someone who knows us, loves us, and supports us. We are called to strengthen and encourage each other in our faith. We are called to keep each other from being shaken by the troubles that we go through, and we are destined for such trouble (1 Thessalonians 3:2-3). It certainly makes a difference when facing difficulty, that we don’t have to stand alone.
Who helps us learn and grow in our walk with Christ?
We are called to meet together and help each other to fill the gaps in our faith (1 Thessalonians 3:10). He who walks with the wise grows wise (Proverbs 13:20). Who are you walking with? Are you trying to walk through life on your own? It is so much better to share your experiences with people who have Jesus and each others best interests in their heart. There is no time like the present. Join a Lifegroup today. Find a Lifegroup…
