Many families are struggling to bring food to the table. The Minooka Lions Club is sponsoring a Mobile Food Pantry at the Minooka Campus, 8965 South Bell Road, on Monday, March 30, 5 pm. The food will be provided by Northern Illinois Food Bank.
Families in the Channahon, Minooka, and surrounding communities will be able to get enough groceries (bread, dairy, meats, veggies) for about a week.
Distribution will be first come first served. There is no registration, proof of income or I.D. required.
