Where Real Connection & Growth Take Place
Why Do You Need A Group?
You’re busy. Life can be crazy. You may feel disconnected or lonely. Lifegroups are a place to take a break from those busy demands of crazy, everyday life. They are a place to connect with friends, laugh, and serve together. The goal in these groups is to love Jesus, each other, and to help others find and follow Jesus. Love yourself enough to set yourself up for success, get connected in a Lifegroup!
Meet Erin and Nick who are connected in one of our Sunday night Lifegroups:
Meet our Young Families group that meets in Channahon:
Where Do You Start?
Here are some next steps for you. Start at #1 or choose your own path.
Step 1: Meet The Pastor
If you’re new, then your first step is to meet the pastor. Have questions? You can get answers and we can get to know each other on your schedule. Stop by the Welcome Area or email charlie@thevillagechristianchurch.com in Minooka or sarah@thevillagechristianchurch.com in Seneca to schedule your meeting or if you have any questions.
Step 2: The Rooted Experience
Rooted is a 10 week experience to go deeper in your relationship with Jesus and will answer your big questions in a safe, non-threatening environment. Each week will equip you to love Jesus, love others, and help others find and follow Jesus no matter where you are on your walk with Christ.
Step 3: Lifegroups, Serving & Personal Discipleship
Connect with friends, laugh, and serve together and grow deeper in your faith.
